What happens after I submit the form?
After your form submission, we will:

Do I need to sign any documents?
Yes — we require a Client Service Agreement and relevant permissions (such as social media release or website credit) to be signed before we start any project.
These are all sent digitally for your convenience.
Payments & Refunds
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the delivery of final files or publication.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers.
Details will be provided on your invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun.
Refunds are only considered if the project is cancelled before any work has started.
Design Process
How long does a project take?
Timelines vary depending on the project type. Most design projects take between 3–10 working days, while larger campaigns or website designs may take longer.
You will receive an estimated completion date during onboarding.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes a set number of revisions (usually 2–3).
Any additional changes after final approval may incur an extra charge.
Will I own the design after it is complete?
Yes — once your final payment is received, full ownership of the approved design is transferred to you.
AA Marketing Solutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
Can I request changes after the project is delivered?
Minor adjustments can be made within 7 days of delivery.
After that period, further edits may be charged as a new design request.
Printing & Digital Files
Do you offer printing services?
Yes! We provide high-quality printing for business cards, flyers, posters, vouchers, invitations, and more.
We can also deliver digital print-ready files if you prefer to print elsewhere.
Will I receive my files digitally?
Yes — once approved and paid, you will receive your files in your preferred formats (such as PDF, PNG, or JPEG), ready for use online or in print.
