2. Quotations & Payments

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.

Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

3. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials remain the property of AA Marketing Solutions until full payment has been received.
Once paid, ownership of final approved designs will be transferred to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals to ensure project completion within the agreed timeframe.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a set number of revisions, specified in the service agreement. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
6. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded, and additional work completed may be invoiced accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability
AA Marketing Solutions will not be liable for any indirect loss, including loss of business or profits, resulting from use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
