AA Marketing Solutions offers creative and digital marketing services tailored to each client. Due to the personalised nature of our work, refunds are generally not offered once a project has begun.

The project is cancelled before the agreed start date.

Non-Refundable Items

Deposits and partial payments for services already in progress.

Printing, hosting, or third-party service costs already incurred.

Completed design or digital materials once approved by the client.

Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your project, please contact us in writing at support@weareaamarketing.com.
Any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

We strive to ensure full client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your project, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss adjustments or possible resolutions.
